NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25TH day of June, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2023-CA-002061-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For VRMTG Asset Trust is the Plaintiff and CESAR ORLANDO MELENDEZ A/K/A CESAR MALENDEZ, UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALAN L. PRUTTON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAN L. PRUTTON, ALAN L. PRUTTON, MV REALTY PBC, LLC and GOLF VIEW MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants. Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the courthouse located at the Collier County Government Complex, 1st Floor located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of October, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 103, GOLF VIEW MANOR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 832, PAGES 49 THROUGH 112, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER THE FUNDS ARE REPORTED AS UNCLAIMED, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
