All of Lot 95 and the North 28 feet of Lot 96, WASHINGTON PARK, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 128, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on E. Blake Melhuish, Esquire, the Petitioners’ attorney, whose address is 522 Twelfth Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before 8/6/2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court located at 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, or mailing address at P.O. Box 25400, Bradenton, Florida 34206, either before service on the Petitioners’ attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Second Amended Complaint.
