NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2025, and entered in Case No. 412024CA000729CAAXMA of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Indenture Trustee for the registered Noteholders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-4, is Plaintiff and Nedda M. Phillips, Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the state of Ethel M. Phillips a/k/a Ethel J. Phillips a/k/a Ethel Mae Phillips, deceased, City of Bradenton, Florida, Annie Mae Brooks a/k/a Ann Brooks, Elizabeth Mitchell, Vera Mae Phillips, Harry Eugene Phillips, Herculee Phillips, Albert Phillips, Sr., Wiley Phillips, Floyd Tyrone Phillips a/k/a Tyrone Phillips, Roger Phillips, Kayin Pickney, Carol Taylor a/k/a Carol Conley, Amos B.
