NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2023CA006278AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Arch Mortgage Assurance Company is the Plaintiff and Giovanni F. Coronel a/k/a Giovanni Coronel a/k/a Giovanni F. Coronel, Sr. a/k/a Giovanni Francisco Coronel, Sr.; Tannia Coronel a/k/a Tannia D. Coronel; Cross River Bank are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 81, PINEWOOD VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
