DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and TONI LOMBARDI; FRESH MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk of Circuit Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 30TH day of JULY, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK C, FRESH MEADOWS SUBDIVISION PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 47-50, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
