NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Partition Sale, dated June 26, 2025, and entered in case # 2024-CA-008403 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BELAUT PIERRE is the Plaintiff, and KETTY PIERRE, ANNICK RATON DRNELL RAMEAU, SOLEILA RAMEAU, JOLINA RAMEAU and SAMUEL RAMEAU are the Defendants. The Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the subject property at public sale with a minimum first auction bid of at least Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) to the highest bidder for cash on July 29, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
