NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 22-CA-004503 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff and Manhattan Palms Association One, LLC are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D.
