County, Florida, wherein HOME FINANCING CENTER, INC. is Plaintiff and EDUARDO GARCIA GUERRA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDUARDO GARCIA GUERRA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PREFERRED CREDIT, INC.; are defendants. KEVIN C. KARNES, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on July 31, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
