NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-004705-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VALLEY STRONG CREDIT UNION, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY LOPER; COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of August, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2423, COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4913, PAGE 1436 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
