NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 4, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24-002461-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF TERRY M. CHAPMAN, DECEASED; COLLEEN A. POWERS; STEVEN S. BOOK 5012, PAGES 7-107, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5117, PAGE 1148, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 32 THROUGH 33, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, A/K/A 9255 36TH WAY N., PINELLAS PARK, FLORIDA, 33782
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
