NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (the “Final Judgment”), dated May 30, 2025, entered in Case No. 24-001903-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein LAKE MICHIGAN CREDIT UNION, as successor by merger to PILOT BANK is Plaintiff and ALL AMERICAN LANDSCAPE SUPPLY, INC. d/b/a LUFKIN’S LANDSCAPE, CHRISTOPHER J. SCHROTH, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of July 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 16 and 17, LEE BAYNARD JR. SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 68, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
