NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 23, 2025, and Order Granting Plaintiff’s Urgent Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale for Earliest Available Date entered on July 1, 2025, in Civil Action No. 53-2024CA-002597, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, in which DAVENPORT LENDER, LLC is the Plaintiff and TLH-101 DAVENPORT HWY 17, LLC, NEM, LLC, BRIAN TUTTLE, INVICTUS TUTTLE LENDER, LLC, CONNELLY & WICKER, INC., and PLACE DESIGNERS, INC. are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court, Polk County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 5th day of August, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the following described real property in Polk County, Florida as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 28, and the Northerly 1/2 of Lot 29, of SUNNY ACRES, as per Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 31, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, LESS: Beginning at a point 50.0 feet North 29°05’ East of the Southeast corner of Lot 28, said point being on the Easterly line of said Lot 28; run thence North 60°55 West 300.0 feet; run thence South 29°05’ West 150 feet to the South line of the North half of Lot 29; run thence South 60°55’ East 300.0 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 29; run thence North 29°05’ East 100.0 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Lots 25, 26, 27, 58 and 59, of SUNNY ACRES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 31, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.

Begin at a point 50.0 feet North 29°05’ East of the Southeast corner of Lot 28, of SUNNY ACRES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 31, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, said point being on the Easterly line of said Lot 28; run thence North 60°55’ West 300.0 feet; run thence South 29°05’ West 150.0 feet to the South line of the North half of Lot 29; run thence South 60°55’ East 300.0 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 29; run thence North 29°05’ East 150.0 feet to the Point of Beginning, All in Section 13, Township 26 South, Range 27 East, Polk County, Florida.
