NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2023CA-000344-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SYLVESTER WILLIAMS, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Stacy M. Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, on August 18, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 23, VILLAGE ESTATES UNIT NUMBER TWO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
