NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 26, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024CA001100AX in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SELENE FINANCE, LP, Plaintiff and KAY A. DEWITT; GLENN LAKES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNLOCK PARTNERSHIP SOLUTIONS INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION are defendants, Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on August 12, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 30, BLOCK I, GLENN LAKES, PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 182 - 188, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
