This American Process and Procedure is intended to organize and form an American Non-Governmental Organization in our local community and is sponsored and represented by a Private American Individual of Protected Class, Intl. English Common Law Lawyer, Intl. Ordained Minister on Mission on North America, and an American Veteran under honorable conditions at General Law per Article III.
