KRETSCHMAR and all others claiming by, through or under THOMAS M. KRETSCHMAR are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the July 31, 2025, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Apartment #205, Edison Apartments, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 715, page 872, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
