NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2025, and entered in 25-CA-001290 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and GEORGE TOTOREANU are the Defendant(s). Kevin C. Karnes as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 07, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
