Final Judgment was awarded on June 20, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-002338, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH C. BISSONNETTE A/K/A JOSEPH BISSONNETTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH C. BISSONNETTE A/K/A JOSEPH BISSONNETTE N/K/A; THE FAIRWAY VILLAS III AT BANYAN TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANYAN TRACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH

CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND UTILITIES CONTAINED AND DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3698, PAGE 5461, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
