NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure against Defendant, HF REALESTATE, LLC, filed July 7, 2025 and entered in Case No. 25-CA-002173, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein SECURITY CAPITAL VENTURES, LLC is Plaintiff and HF REALESTATE, LLC and ROBERT A. HULL are defendants. KEVIN C. KARNES, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on August 7, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Default Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, less the Easterly 30 feet thereof, and the North 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, less the Easterly 30 feet thereof, together with an easement for right-of-way over the South 30 feet of the East 1/2 of the North 3/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, all in Section 15, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, Lee County Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
