NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of March 2025, and entered in Case No : 2024-CA-002241-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J THOMPSON A/K/A MICHAEL THOMPSON; ALISSA THOMPSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING THROUGH THE RURAL HOUSING SERVICE; DISCOVER BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants. Tiffany Moore Russell the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions at, 11:00am on the 12th day of August 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN RIGHT-OF-WAY AGREEMENT RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2901, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
