NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-015815-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2006-FM2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FM2, is Plaintiff and Janice M. Driggers a/k/a Janice Driggers; Unknown Spouse of Janice M. Driggers a/k/a Janice Driggers; Midland Funding LLC; OneMain Financial Group, LLC, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
