NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2025, and the Agreed Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel Sale and Order Resetting Sale dated June 23, 2025, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Tiffany Moore Russell, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 7th day of August, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the following described property:
