NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 10, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2023-CA-014631-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NEXUS NOVA LLC is Plaintiff, and NANCY ZIMMERMAN and UNKNOWN TENANT #l N/K/A CHARLES JONES, are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq., Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00A.M. on the 25th day of August 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, HOLLY STREET SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
