NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 9, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-011335-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF VICTOR GUADALUPE, DECEASED; VICTOR RAMON GUADALUPE; ERIC GUADALUPE; JULIA PIEDRAHITA; VICTOR MANUEL GUADALUPE; GABRIEL GUADALUPE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MEADOWS II AT BOGGY CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on August 7, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, MEADOWS II AT BOGGY CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 34 THROUGH 36, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
