NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2025 and entered in Case No. 2024CA004684 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein BH GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and AMBAR REALTY LLC, a Florida limited liability company; and SOLANA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of August, 2025 at www.polk.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 57, SOLANA, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 129, Page 13, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
