YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Partition of Real Property pursuant to Chapter 64 of the Florida Statutes has been filed against you. This action involves real property in Collier County, Florida, more particularly described as:
Lot 44, Coquina at Maple Ridge Phase 1, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57 Pages 55 through 57, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida

This action was instituted in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court, Collier County, Florida, and is styled RE Kevin Roy Williams vs. Latoya Diana Cooper-Williams.
