NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 53-2023-CA-005638-000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Eddie Howard King a/k/a Eddie King, Deceased; Shanel Nicole King a/k/a Shanel N. King; Carolyn King Holt a/k/a Carolyn K. Holt; Fabian Donte King a/k/a Fabian D. King; Lakeside Landings Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Carolyn King Holt a/k/a Carolyn K. Holt are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of August, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
