NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel Sale and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 1, 2025 in Case No. 532024CA003743000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein LAKESIDE LANDINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC, a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIERIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDDIE KING, DECEASED, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on AUGUST 5, 2025. ( ) www.polk. realforeclose.com the Clerk’s website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
