NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on June 11, 2025, and is now pending as case number 2025-CA-001226 in the Circuit Court in the State of Florida, County of Manatee.

This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer publication.

Hachey, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr, Riverview, FL 33578, on or before the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
