NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 12, 2025, and entered in 24-CA-006079 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2021-R1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2021-R1 is the Plaintiff and ANODAS HALLETT A/K/A ANODA HALLET; TIMOTHY E. HALLETT; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s).
