YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for preliminary injunction of the need to vacate property within the Plaintiff, CASA PRIMA APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., for the purpose of restoration of the condominium property pursuant to Section 718.111(11) of the Florida Statute and herein in the following described property:
Unit 204 of the Casa Prima Apartments, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 26, Pages 6 and 7, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed 9/14/77 in O.R. Book 4597, Pages 1045 through 1093, Public Records of Pinellas County Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Scott M. Gross, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Suite A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
