NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2023 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 9, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 22-000491-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2019-3, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF DONALD A. STEGER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF DONALD A. STEGER, DECEASED; JENNIFER A. STEGER; BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of September, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 3, BROADACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 101, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
