NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 706, Building (Phase 7) of LANDMARK OAKS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 6000, Page 1792, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with is undivided percentage share in the common elements. With the following street address: 3025 Landmark Boulevard, #706, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34684.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on September 4, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
