NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit Number 1008, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in O.R. Book 4648, page 294 thru 364, and as amended in O.R. Book 4680, Page 1111 and O.R. Book 4686, Page 1645, and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 5-8, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 601 N. Hercules Avenue, #1008, Clearwater, Florida, 33765.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 20, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
