NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment, dated, July 16, 2025, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk and Comptroller, shall sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 13, Township 50 South, Range 25 East; thence run East 220 feet to the point of beginning of the land herein conveyed; from said point of beginning thence run South 131.88 feet more or less to the North boundary of a drainage canal; thence run Each 110 feet along the North boundary of said drainage canal; thence run North 131.88 feet more or less to a point 110 feet East of the point of beginning; thence run West 110 feet to the point of beginning.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 1st floor in the Multi- Purpose Room; at 11:00 a.m. on August 14, 2025 in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
