NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 22, 2025, and entered in Case No. 11-2024-CA-000950 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Jamar Omario Kellyman aka Jamar Kellyman aka Jamar O. Kellyman, Time Investment Company, Inc., aka TIC Palm Coast, Inc., Maple Ridge at Ave Maria Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Room 102, Naples, FL 34112,, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the August 28, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 39, MAPLE RIDGE AT AVE MARIA PHASE 7A, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 28, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
