Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2025, in Case No.: 2024-CA-002990 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein VIENNA SQUARE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and ERNEST A. WENTWORTH, is the Defendant. Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court for Polk County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at https://www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on September 9, 2025, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 48, VIENNA SQUARE PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 143, Page(s) 36, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
