NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2025, and entered in Case No. 532022CA002663000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which FRANKIE PARTNERS, is the Plaintiff and BRUCE M. WASHINGTON A/K/A BRUCE M. WASHINGTON, SR.; STATE OF FLORIDA; LAKE VAN HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A LAKE VAN ESTATES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC are defendants, Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.polk.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Polk County, Florida on August 18, 2025 at 10:00 am, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
