NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Victor Crist, will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 174, SOUTH FORK TRACT V PHASE 2, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 137, Page 104, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid. With the following street address: 13352 Willow Bluestar Loop, Riverview, FL 33579.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 8, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
