NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24-CA-006590 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Jason Robert Schremer a/k/a Jason Schremer a/k/a Jason Schermer; Sterling Ranch Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 15th day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
