NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2025 in Case No. 25-CA-001973 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida. WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, Not in its Individual Capacity but Soley as the Trustee of ADMT 2024-NQM1 is the Plaintiff and KEVIN THOMAS GREENWELL is the Defendant, Victor Crist, the Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on September 19, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
West 3.8 feet of Lot No. 15 and Lot 16 and East 4.36 feet of Lot 17, Block 6 of GRANDY GARDENS SUBDIVISIONN, UNIT #2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 4, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
