Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, Victor Crist, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:

Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 6 of said BELFAIR PARK TOWNHOMES; thence N.00°00’00”E., 18.33 feet along the Easterly lot line of said Lot 6 to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence N.90°00’00”E., 0.23 feet along the Easterly extension of the Northerly lot line of said Lot 6; thence S.00°00’00”W., 19.03 feet; thence N.90°00’00”W., 50.80 feet; thence N.00°00’00”E., 0.70 feet; thence N.90°00’00”E., 50.57 feet along the Southerly lot line of said Lot 6 to the Point of Beginning.
