NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on July 21, 2025, by the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 93, Caloosa Lakes Phase 1, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Instrument Number 2006-358513, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
and more commonly known as 10337 Canal Brook Lane, Lehigh Acres, FL 33936 (hereinafter “Property”).
will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at public sale by the Lee County Clerk of Court, electronically online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on August 14, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
