Jensen the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 4 day of September, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. B-102 of WILD PINES OF BONITA BAY, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 1819, Page 1221, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Page 62, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNERS AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
