Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 24-011141-CO the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Unit No. 59, “F” Northwest Wing, Building B-88, ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT SIXTY-THREE, A Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as shown on plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 70, Pages 50 through 56, inclusive, amended in Condominium Plat Book 79, Pages 6 through 13, inclusive, all in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5586, Pages 142 through 174, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on August 28, 2025. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
