YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, HARBOUR CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. THREE, INC., herein in the following described property:
Apartment No. 3-7-4, from the Condominium Plat of HARBOUR CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. 3 INC., according to Condominium Plat Book 14, Pages 26-28, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being fully described in the Declaration referred to herein, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 100 Bluff View Dr., #604C, Belleair Bluffs, Florida, 33770
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the Business Observer, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
