Alija Kuc a/k/a Ilija Kuc, Unknown Spouse of Alija Kuc a/k/a Ilija Kuc and United States of America, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff’s attorney, David A. Barrera, Esq., Pinellas County Attorney’s Office, 315 Court Street, 6th Floor, Clearwater, FL 33756, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court by the same date, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The real property at issue in this case is legally described as: LOTS 13 & 14, BLOCK 14, WASHINGTON TERRACE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 98, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, Address: 3023 62nd Avenue N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, Parcel ID: 35-30-16-95076-014-0130.
