NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2025 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2024-CC-009366 of the County Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE WAVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF ST. PETERSBURG, INC. is the Plaintiff and AMBER R. DAVIS and CREDIT CORP SOLUTIONS, INC. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 115, OF THE WAVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14342, AT PAGE 2366, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 136, AT PAGES 100-104 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on August 13, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
