NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 702, COVE CAY TWENTY-SIX SEVENTEEN, VILLAGE I, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 3930, Page 752, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 61-65, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2617 Cove Cay Drive, #702, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 28, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
