NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on July 22, 2025 in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of August, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
